Job Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to help grow our client base and build strong business relationships.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience in staffing solutions, healthcare, or general business
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
- Experience selling staffing solutions, preferably in healthcare
- Familiarity with Salesforce, RingCentral, Monday.com, Time Clock Wizard, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related tools
- Local US accent is a plus
