The Opportunity
This is not your traditional AEC business development role. We are looking for a true salesperson - a “hunter”. Someone who knows how to generate opportunities, open doors, build pipeline, and close business in a professional services environment. We are in it together and you will have a strong team to support you through the cycle and access to lead generating marketing campaigns.
You are driven, proactive, and energized by the hunt. You know how to move opportunities through a sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and create momentum. You are comfortable with outbound outreach, networking, prospecting, and business development strategy and you can clearly speak to the measurable results you’ve achieved in previous roles.
