Senior Sales Development Representative

About the Role

The Senior Sales Development Representative is responsible for creating sales-ready opportunities by generating and nurturing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage with potential new clients
  • Build relationships with prospects via email and phone to generate meetings and build a pipeline
  • Talk with prospects over the phone with a consultative approach about their business issues, and generate interest in learning more about 'why Engagement Cloud'
  • Consistently and regularly use Salesforce.com to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity
  • Follow established sales processes

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English and Portuguese) with a preference for trilingual in Spanish
