Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Support business planning, including marketing initiatives and sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers.
- Perform site visits (mines, tunnels, construction sites) to understand customer needs and build relationships.
- Carry out technical activities such as pull tests, installation audits, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for existing and new products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain strong industry relationships and customer networks.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and use ERP systems when required.
