Job Description
We are a fast-growing social entertainment platform expanding aggressively in the Japan market. To accelerate our live streaming & voice chat business, we are looking for an experienced BD Specialist to recruit, onboard, and grow guilds and streamers across Japan.
What you'll do:
- Identify, recruit, and nurture agency/guild partners to increase streamer base and revenue
- Convert potential users (e.g., active streamers, community leaders, even housewives or part-time workers) into successful guild operators through training & incentives
- Collaborate with internal teams to design local growth strategies (traffic support, reward systems, etc.)
- Track and analyze performance data (activity, revenue, retention) and drive continuous improvement
