Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term client relationships (PR & account nurturing)
  • Lead business discussions, proposals, and strategic alignment with clients
  • Translate client needs into clear internal briefs for media buying and creative teams
  • Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
  • Handle negotiations on pricing, scope, and contract terms
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Support new business acquisition through networking, referrals, and pitching
  • Represent the agency in meetings, presentations, and industry events
