The Business Director is a senior leadership role responsible for end‑to‑end stewardship of client relationships within the Publicis Groupe ecosystem. The role requires deep understanding of how a modern holding company operates across multiple agencies, verticals, and specialist capabilities while ensuring seamless, integrated delivery to clients. This role leads the creation and growth of the Customer Analytics & Insights function, embedding a data‑driven culture, building governance, setting processes, and coordinating analytics across business units.
