Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Procure components to support production or prototype builds, ensuring best pricing, lead times, and inventory levels
- Develop supply base and strategies aligned with customer needs
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and sourcing decisions
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews
- Support cost reduction and optimize material pricing
- Create demand plans and master schedules using ERP/MRP systems
- Monitor production plans and revenue forecasts
- Drive continuous improvement in planning metrics
- Monitor material transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reporting
- Recommend process improvements to reduce errors
