Designation: Head – Business Expansion
Reporting To: Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth across assigned regions, products, and channels
- Own disbursement, portfolio quality, collection efficiency, and profitability targets
- Manage and strengthen branch and field operations
- Lead sales planning, market expansion, and distribution development
- Ensure achievement of business KPIs through effective team management and execution
- Monitor portfolio health, delinquency trends, and productivity metrics
- Support the CBO in achieving organisational business objectives
Ideal Profile:
- Extensive experience in NBFC/banking retail lending
