Job Description

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Acts as POC of all HR-related policies and initiatives to address employee inquiries
+ Drives compliance on employee discipline, policies and regulations
+ Manages the Administrative Case Management Process: Complex and High-level cases
+ Prepares and sends notices related to Employee Discipline
+ Prepares reports and updates (attrition, case summary and engagement)
+ Conducts monthly business review with Department Leaders
+ Partners with Department Leaders for skip level sessions
+ Conducts employee 1 on 1 sessions
+ Works with Department Leaders in developing department-specific programs
+ Ensures that the Employee Engagement calendar is deployed as planned (proposal, communication, execution and liquidation)
+ Maintains track record for all employee engagement activities
+ Ensure that expenses are within approved budget
