Business Intelligence Analyst

The Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst is a technically-oriented individual contributor role that sits within Operations team. This person works side-by-side with our Senior Business Analyst to absorb the technical implementation and operational reporting workload - freeing up capacity for higher-leverage strategic and analytical work.

The right hire here is someone who can own the infrastructure layer: writing and maintaining SQL and dbt models, managing recurring reporting, QAing data pipelines, and handling low-to-mid complexity analysis independently. This is not a pure dashboard role, and it is not a pure data engineering role. It sits squarely in between - a technical generalist who is equally comfortable in a dev environment and a spreadsheet.
