:You support and advise the management in ensuring compliance requirements are met and on all relevant compliance issues.
You will ensure transparency regarding the relevant regulations through audits and coordination of organisational implementation.
Expanding, maintaining, developing and updating the compliance management system and the associated documentation, in particular the drafting of contracts, guidelines and processes within the Group.
Communicating with external lawyers and auditors and working closely with the relevant specialist departments.
