Job Description

  • Setting targets in compliance with company policy.
  • Creating a strategic plan to achieve the target.
  • Overseeing the implementation of the strategic plan.
  • Organizing overall processes and operations across the business unit.
  • Motivating and driving all managers and employees effectively.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the business unit.
  • Foreseeing trends as well as business opportunities.

    • Qualifications

  • Master or Higher Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience at the management level.
  • Experience in the Hospital sector is preferable.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strategic mind and ability to influence others.
  • Self-motivated and problem solver
  • Energetic, well handle with pressure, self-motivated, and looking for a challenge
