Business Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially strong Business Head / Business Manager to oversee overall business operations and drive growth. This role will be responsible for P&L ownership, strategic planning, revenue generation, and managing day-to-day business functions. The ideal candidate comes from the artist management or live events industry and understands the commercial, operational, and relationship-driven nature of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Drive revenue growth across artist management, live events, brand partnerships, and related verticals

Oversee business operations, contracts, commercial negotiations, and financial performance

Work closely with artists, managers, promoters, brands, and partners to scale the business
