Job Description
- Ensure reception and registration procedures of patients for specialist clinics and handle in timely manner
- To verify insurance benefits assigned to our hospital to determine if insurance coverage meets the standard of admission in defined policy
- Ensure billing and collection procedures are executed in a professional manner
- Ensure cashier closing report is accurate with the daily collection
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of collection
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administrations, Accounting, Hotel Management or any related field
- At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service field.
- Proficient knowledge of insurance company, credit client, 3rd party payers.
- Willing to work on shift rotation schedule, weekends and public holiday.
