The Opportunity
Business Operations Analyst – Customer Experience organization, Platform Software business. The role is the operational backbone that establishes operational excellence. Responsibilities include creating the operational rhythm and reporting, analytics and insights, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
