Position Summary
Responsible for driving operational excellence, project management discipline, and cross‑functional coordination across all events and initiatives led by the Asia Operations team.
Ensures seamless planning and execution by partnering closely with all internal key stakeholders as well as external vendors and agencies.
The role will be one of the project management leads for Asia key event executions, ensuring alignment of all workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
This role holds accountability for overall team budget management, financial tracking, cost governance, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the broader Operations function.
