Business Process Analyst (Preferred Insurance/Financial Services)

The Opportunity We are looking for detail-oriented Business Process Analysts to work closely with stakeholders to capture and document current-state processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across business units.

What You’ll Do Process Documentation & Analysis

Capture and document current-state business processes and workflows

Develop clear and structured documentation including SOPs and playbooks

Create day-in-the-life process documentation across functions

Map end-to-end workflows and identify intake sources

Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate discussions with commercial teams and business stakeholders

Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between current and future operating models
