Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
• Act as a resource person for policies and procedures, work flows, systems functionality, system issues, complex corrections and practices.
• Act as point of escalation for highly sensitive and complex customer issues and if necessary conduct the required research to resolve issues in a thoroughly and timely manner.
• Handles complex transaction.
• Process all knowledgeable work types as well as assist in quality checking if needed.
• Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management
and Monitor the work volume and adjust workforce accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
• College graduate
• At least 1 year experience in business process industry
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
