Job Description
The role serves as a strategic partner to the General Manager (GM) and Leadership Team (LT), ensuring a focus on key priorities, such as BRs and MITs, while promoting strong alignment among the LT. This position acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, drives coordination across functions, and supports executive decision-making to ensure the successful implementation of the LT/Business Unit (BU) agenda. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and tracking strategic initiatives, monitoring performance, and preparing executive-level materials. Additional duties involve planning and facilitating leadership meetings, documenting decisions, fostering alignment among senior leaders, coordinating communications between the GM and stakeholders, and managing operational board preparations and leadership team collaboration tools.
