Job Description

**Tasks & Responsibilities****Client project coordination**- Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in internal system.Escalate ambiguous orders to relevant stakeholders- Support the delivery management team with general day-to-day operational tasks and address issues when they arise**Financial support**- Provide internal and external reports on database usage**Operational support**- Timesheet reporting- Support the creation of training materials and internal reference documents where required- Maintain up to date client records and service tracking- Provide client usage reports as required- Carry out ad-hoc tasks for the Sales and Client Services teams**Requirements**:**Essential**- Full fluency in English- Attention to detail- Excellent time management and prioritisation- Confident to raise concerns and discuss solutions- Educated to A level/local equivalent; Educated to degree level is desirable- Strong IT skills including Micro...
