- Responsible in timely booking of Export & Import Parcel shipments to UPS Website and register respectively in Tango system
- To ensure maintenance of Air Events in Tango for shipment track and trace and is responsible in efficient and smooth handling of shipment
- To handle claims process if required for lost shipments
Description
- To ensure processing all Export and Import Parcel shipments requests received from clients are booked to UPS Website and register the shipments in Tango system respectively.
- To ensure that all bookings made in UPS (Vendor booking & On-Account booking) are registered in Tango based on the daily Unregistered Report & weekly Recon Report.
- To ensure that OPS026 – Track & Trace Events are updated accurately, and investigations are made if necessary to ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments.
