We are looking for a Business Support Team Lead to manage a team of Business Support Specialists, ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, and team growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage support teams, including 30–60% hands-on in incident management
  • Manage capacity, staffing, and shift coverage
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive automation, process improvements, and AI initiatives
  • Build a high-performing, healthy, and engaged team culture
  • Ensure team SLAs are met and proactively present solutions for topics at risk
