Business Systems Analyst

Celsius is hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the day-to-day operation of our core financial systems — primarily Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) and Esker — across our international entities. Sitting between Finance and IT, you will be the operational expert that Finance teams across our European entities rely on for system support, configuration changes, and process guidance.

You will manage a continuous flow of system change requests via Jira, support financial close, govern Esker workflows, and drive process improvements. Alongside this operational ownership, you will support the Financial Systems Manager on providing project coordination support on key system initiatives.
