The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for the Forms Free Teller (FFT) application plays a critical role in enabling seamless, paperless branch operations by translating business needs into functional and technical requirements for the FFT platform. The BSA acts as the key liaison between Branch Operations, Technology Delivery, Architecture, and downstream applications to ensure FFT supports efficient, compliant, and user‑friendly teller workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
Engage with Branch Operations, Product Owners, and Customer Experience teams to understand branch workflows and identify opportunities for digitization within FFT.
