The Business Unit Manager (BUM) leads a therapeutic franchise in the Philippines, driving sustainable growth through strong strategic marketing leadership and commercial excellence. This role owns full P&L accountability, brand strategy direction, launch excellence, and people leadership while ensuring strong marketing-driven commercial execution. The BUM translates insights into actionable strategies, builds high-performing teams, and ensures patient‑centric, data‑driven decisions to maximize long‑term business value.
