Schedule:-
Days/Hours 5 out of 6 days (Sunday to Friday) & 6:00pm until finish

Rate of Pay:-£14.90 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning meat to specification
• Preparing meat products for production and dispatch
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
• Working efficiently to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a butcher or within meat/food production
• Confident using knives and butchery equipment safely
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
