This is a hands-on leadership role combining butcheryand management responsibilities. As ButcheryManager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing stock, ordering and stocktakes
- Maintaining hygiene, food safety, health and safety standards
- Leading, training and rostering
- Delivering excellent customer service and product advice
- Creating displays, promotions and departmental specials
- Monitoring production, quality, waste and profitability
