Responsibilities
- Logistics Procurement: Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and international logistics providers. Procure import and export logistics services for raw materials, machinery, and finished goods moving to and from the UAE.
- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with logistics service providers across the GCC and international markets. Monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as on‑time delivery, transit times, service quality, claims management, and cost competitiveness. Conduct supplier reviews, implement corrective actions, and onboard alternative providers to ensure business continuity.
