The Buyer is responsible for the supply plan of finished goods and materials, works closely with sourcing and the vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
The buyer also works closely with account management, customer service and the customers to ensure demand requirements are met.
Buyers also analyze requirements trends and develop strategies to optimize the supply chain processes by elaborating systems and written controlled procedures to deploy within the organization.
