Job Description
Scope of Work (SOW):
- Manage Procure to Pay process for both direct materials, indirect materials and services in accordance to company policy and procedures
- Review and establish short and long terms contracts, issue spot purchase orders
- Maintain and upload contracts in the Contact Portal
- Setups and maintain internal / external catalogues items.
- Analyze market directions, supplier positions, outlook, risk, opportunities, for achieving reliable services and supply at lowest cost.
- Initiate contracting strategies to drive synergies and deliver savings and value creation.
- Analyze quotation prices, set up contracts, issue purchase orders, review and evaluate supplier performance with end users.
