This position combines hands‑on Unity work with technical leadership and mentorship. The ideal candidate will bring deep Unity expertise, strong architectural thinking, and proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Unity developers across live games
- Own the technical architecture and long‑term scalability of the games
- Drive feature development from concept to production and live environment
- Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and best engineering practices
- Optimize game performance (CPU, GPU, memory, build size, loading times, crash‑rate issues)
- Collaborate closely with product, design, art, monetization, and analytics teams
