Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creates technical drawings based on architectural and structural plans.
- Coordinates closely with Project Engineers and Sales Executive for discussion and clarification of client requirements
- Conducts periodic visits to sites to ensure adherence to design and specifications.
- Finalization of as-built plan prior project turn-over
- Review drawing for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain all revisions of project drawing.
- Update and maintain drafting log.
- Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or equivalent degree.
- At least 1-3years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
