Role Description
Reporting to the Director and working under the guidance of Project Engineer, the CAD Technician works as a member of the Engineering team, creating customer deliverables from various sources of data, primarily the Field team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Generate drawings to customer specifications and industry standards using existing map data and new surveyed data.
Participate in the creation and development of data management standards within multiVIEW.
Generate and collate coherent data archives using customer supplied data and other sources of subsurface conditions.
Working with the Field team and the Survey Technicians in particular, create clear, standard work and data requests.
Interpret and map field supplied data.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years survey/CAD experience (MicroStation)
