Job Description
You will work in a specialty coffee cafe, brewing and serving in-house roasted specialty coffee and food.
Responsibilities- Prepare beverages as per order - Espresso Based, Filter Coffee and Caffeine Free
- Manage cafe staff shifting
- Advise and recommend beverage and specialty beans according to guest preferences
- Upkeep cleanliness of café
- Innovate and create new monthly drinks
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Passionate about Specialty Coffee.
- Responsible and honest. You strive to do your best, and work together with the team to achieve results.
- Hospitable. You are able to communicate in a friendly manner to team members and customers.
- Hardworking. You know that behind every brilliant customer service experience, there is work to be done which includes cleaning and possibly stocktake duties.
