Job Goal
Provide students and staff with a nutritional, eye-appealing meal while ensuring a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment according to regulations.
Essential Functions
- Serves students, faculty, and staff and replenishes food on serving line.
- Assists with food preparation as instructed by supervisor.
- Applies principles of safe and sanitary food handling; preparation and storage.
- Verifies adequate supply, portion control, and proper display of food; maintains correct food temperatures.
