Calibration Technician

**Job Description Summary**: Responsible of dimensional analisys, gauge validation, verification & calibration, Support in Metrology for production activities.
**Responsibilities**- Maintain the calibration database organized and up to date.
- Keep calibration records secure and stored.
- Maintain and manage lab schedule including workload and meeting deadline commitments- Capability analysis as directed by the customer and the Quality Assurance Manager.
- MSA and R&R studies, and analyze results, for personnel and equipment used to perform quality verification activities.
- Suggest improved measurement methods, gages and holding fixtures as required for in process part validation- Perform routine care, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory and CMM equipment- Collect out-of-calibration equipment (or notify owner) to prevent use of uncertified instruments- Back up Quality Auditor as need arises- Maintain an organized and professional appearing workspace- Adhe...
