Call center experience at least 1 year

Medical office experience at least 1 year

ECW experience at least 6 months

Be a fast typer, at least 60 words per min

Access to great internet

Must be

Patient , quick, smart, kind, responsive.

Job description:

Answer calls, schedule appts, take and send messages, r/s appointments, confirm appts, look up authorizations, fax, email.

Hours Monday – Friday 7:45 AM to 5 PM. we can do 30 or 45 min lunch

The expectation will be to answer 80-110 calls a day… the gap is the most flexible we can be.
