About the job Call Center Team Lead - Sales Cebu

TASQ is looking for a sales team leader in Cebu.

The prescreening interview will be done over the phone. Resumes must be detailed with achievements and/or tasks per job.

10 VL, 10 SL

HMO Health Insurance available on the 4th month (employee + 1 free dependent)

BPO Team Lead with at least 2 years of team lead experience in any sales LOB.

Work setup: onsite, no fixed schedule. Sales.

Team Leader - Customer Care Department/Call Center

Effectively manage a team of customer sales associates according to Holiday Factory guidelines while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the team in achieving goals and targets.
  • Conducts coaching and constant motivation to deliver targets.
