Job description
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, working across 5 days out of 7 from Monday to Sunday on a weekly 40 hour roster with 8 hour shifts 24/7. 
Shifts have weekly block shift rotations of 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am.

Base salary of €33k for 40 hour week
Shift allowance applies to the hours of 11pm - 7am

Handle high volumes of customer requests, delivering a professional and compliant service.
Process and update queries accurately within internal systems.
Respond to queries promptly, consistently meeting KPIs and company standards.
Monitor and follow up on queries to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve issues efficiently.
