We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as a Caller Intern!



Location: Ayer Keroh, Melaka

Internship Duration: 3 / 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/clients

• Follow up on customer inquiries and appointments

• Provide basic product or service information

• Maintain good communication with customers

• Update customer records and reports



Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in any field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in speaking over the phone

• Responsible and willing to learn

• Basic computer knowledge
