Role Overview
The Data Consultant Intern is an entry‑level role focused on fast‑tracking the development of aspiring data professionals. Candidates will gain practical consulting skills such as communication, commercial awareness, time management, teamwork, project management and leadership through Calybre’s one‑year Consultant Journey programme. On successful completion, interns progress to a more specialised two‑year programme.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Be Accountable for your own Growth: Participants are expected to drive their own learning, understand the programme stages, and take responsibility for their development without micromanagement. Show up with Excellence Every Day: All team members, from newcomers to experienced consultants, are expected to deliver high‑quality work from day one, maintaining pride in their output.
