Bennett & Game Recruitment are representing a leading advanced manufacturing business looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their growing team base in North-West London.
You will be responsible for programming, setting, and running advanced CNC machines to produce high-precision components for aerospace, defence, energy, and robotics customers. This is a hands‑on role with full ownership of the machining process, from CAM programming and prove‑out to cycle time improvement and repeat production.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and optimise CNC toolpaths (3-axis, 5-axis and mill‑turn where applicable)
- Set, prove‑out and run jobs to high aerospace and defence standards
- Improve cycle times and machine efficiency
- Design and improve fixturing methods
- Select tooling and cutting data for materials including aluminium, steel, titanium and Inconel
