Join a stimulating ERP Key User role in Cambridge’s manufacturing sector on a 12-month basis. Engage in data quality assurance and provide vital end-user support.
This onsite position at 25 Wolseley Court requires a proactive individual to formalize test scripts and assist in resolving IT issues. You’ll be responsible for developing training materials and conducting sessions to optimize user experience post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formalize and document ERP test scripts
• Conduct training and develop user manuals
• Monitor and analyze supply chain activities
• Support operational planning and procurement
• Participate in data migration and testing
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in planning/supply chain roles
• Experience in pharmaceutical or food packaging preferred
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Effective communication and organizational skills
