Role Summary

Responsible for managing multiple staff accommodations and camps, ensuring efficient occupancy planning, staff welfare, facility maintenance, compliance, and smooth coordination with Head Office, project teams, landlords, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple staff accommodations and camps.
  • Coordinate accommodation allocation, transfers, check-ins, and check-outs for new and existing employees.
  • Maintain occupancy records, accommodation inventories, and operational reports.
  • Ensure staff welfare, cleanliness, safety, security, and accommodation standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
