Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and display networks. 2. Budget Management Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Monitor daily spend vs. performance to avoid over/underspending. 3. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA ) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Generate regular performance reports. 4. Audience Targeting & Segmentation Identify and create audience segments to reach the right customers and improve campaign efficiency. 5. A/B Testing & Optimization Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and copy to improve campaign performance. 6.
