Job Summary
Wrightbus is the fastest growing production company in Europe. We are looking for a Campaign Warranty Parts Co‑ordinator. As Co‑ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of retrofitting initiatives for vehicles in the field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed plans for vehicle retrofitting campaigns.
- Ensure all Technical Service Bulletins are completed promptly and include sufficient detail.
- Liaise with third‑party contractors and service providers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Effectively plan and complete vehicle recalls/retrofits, in accordance with TSB instructions.
- Plan work teams to maximise efficiency.
- Load and control sales orders for campaign material.
