Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors professionally
Manage front desk operations, calls, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and entry logs
Coordinate appointments and campus visits
Support basic administrative tasks and events
Ensure a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional and positive attitude
3-5 years experience in reception/front office/hospitality preferred
