Position Summary
The Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy Clinic) is responsible for delivering high‑quality, personalized, and accessible patient care within a Pharmacy Clinic setting. They support and collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of the clinic operations.
What You'll Do
Provide excellent, individualized, and accessible patient care. Conduct expanded‑scope professional services for eligible patients that may include, but are not limited to:
- Medication reviews and care plans
- Travel Health Consultations
- Chronic Diseases Management
- Injection Administration
- Prescribing, adaptation, or renewal assessments
- Ordering and interpreting lab requisitions
- Conducting and interpreting point‑of‑care tests
- Medical device training
