Great talent doesn't find itself—someone has to go looking. Hi! We're Smartsourcing, and we're looking for a full-time, onsite Candidate Manager to power our recruitment engine. In this role, you'll source talent, manage candidates, keep the database humming, and make sure the recruitment team has the right people lined up at the right time.

About the Role

As a Candidate Manager, you'll support the recruitment team through candidate sourcing, candidate management, talent pooling, recruitment administration, CRM management, and recruitment marketing support. The role is critical in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while freeing up Recruitment Consultants to focus on client management, business development, and agency growth.
